Melissa Letteri serves as Managing Director of Biomedica Communications and Global Link Language Services, leading strategic direction, operational excellence, and quality governance across both organizations. She oversees the delivery of complex, multilingual projects, with a strong focus on regulated and life sciences content requiring precision, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Melissa directs cross-functional teams of project managers, linguists, and subject-matter experts across more than 200 languages, ensuring structured workflows and rigorous quality assurance standards. She also manages financial oversight, project scope control, and revenue integrity while balancing operational discipline with client return on investment.
With experience in international cash management and medical device sales and marketing strategy, Melissa brings both analytical rigor and client-focused leadership to the organization. She plays a key role in strengthening brand positioning and maintaining long-term relationships within the global language services community.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Boston College and earned the Certificat du français commercial et économique from the Alliance Française in Paris. She is fluent in French, Italian, and Spanish.

Anthony Federico brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales leadership, and global communications strategy, with a strong focus on regulated industries and life sciences. At Biomedica Communications, he leads strategic program development and global expansion initiatives supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and clinical research organizations.
Anthony works closely with regulatory affairs, clinical operations, and quality teams to design scalable, compliant multilingual communication strategies that align with submission requirements and global market expectations. He oversees the development of structured localization workflows, quality assurance frameworks, and terminology governance processes to support audit-ready, submission-critical content.
His expertise includes aligning linguistic resources, technology platforms, and operational controls to mitigate risk, ensure consistency, and protect regulatory timelines. Anthony also manages strategic partnerships, contract administration, and financial planning—ensuring that language solutions deliver both compliance assurance and measurable return on investment.
With experience advising organizations ranging from Fortune 2000 companies to emerging life sciences firms, Anthony brings both strategic vision and operational discipline to Biomedica’s regulatory language services.
He holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Bentley College, as well as an MBA and a Bachelor of Science from Suffolk University.
